Fest Travel “Personalized Videos”
Thanks to the software we developed in Istanbul Technical University’s “Çekirdek” Pre-Incubation Program, we can perform operations such as cutting, adding, changing, and personalizing on thousands of videos in bulk.
We created personalized videos for Fest Travel, which were sent to individuals with their names in the email instead of static visuals.
By utilizing personalized video, we were able to capture the customer’s attention through the use of their name on the video’s cover photo. This resulted in a significant increase in click-through rates, with a jump from 1.5% for static images to 12.5% for personalized videos.
At the end of the campaign, we delivered a detailed report to the brand.
